Just to make the game more fun and interesting to play for everyone please follow this petition:
1. Before landgrabbing anyone the "LANDGRABBER" must send a message specifying the
LANDGRABBED's rights to retal so they might not violate the LANDGRABBER's clan's policies.

This retal should be proportionate. If the LANDGRABBED's net is under 20K and the LANDGRABBER's
is 1 mil then the LANDGRABBED should be able to respond with 1 nuke or 1 standard strike;
so they might actually damage the LANDGRABBER.

2. I know of more than a few people who have left the game due to being LANDGRABBED and attacking the LANDGRABBER, thinking the attack was purposeful and malicious, then being destroyed by the LANDGRABBER's clan.

2. a. Please consider this petition and please implement it within 2 days.

Over the past few days I have been spamming SElitez, TIE, and RAGE with this, hoping that they will change their policies.

I eventually hope to spam all of the major alliances.

DC this doesn't look like a good idea to me.
First of all, small countries should simply join GDI to avoid being landgrabbed by the top seeds.
Second, it should go without saying that any country/clan has the right to retaliate to a landgrab
Third, if the aggressor is too large for the clan to have any chance of taking the land back, retaliation should always be a cautious PS for maximum damage without committing atrocities
Fourth, but not least, our large countries should be able to landgrab without fear of a missile launch

Yes, but some people do not know how landgrabbing works and think that it is a hostile attack (war) on their country which makes them attack the agressor country repeatedly and then get them set for a listing on another clans' kill list.

Second: Landgrabbing is evil.

Farming sucks... even those of us in very powerful alliances hate bottomfeeding all the time... I'm even trying to get omega to start sending out landgrab messages...

But, your petition will likely do little to further your cause, the best way to stop the farmers is to RETAL. Retalling every hit will discourage bottomfeeders to no end. Since they don't want to be retalled, bottomfeeders will never follow your suggestion. You need to find a way to educate those that are not in alliances at the moment.

I send out a message everytime that I grab a small chunk of land from them, and if they wish I offer monetary compensation, but I never get a reply back... at least I'm trying.
