Build residences instead. A ratio ent:res of 52:48 is optimal for your finances.

You should be working to maximize your tech in whatever you're specializing in. Don't research it though, 255 labs won't let you catch up. Destroy them, build EZs and Residentials, cash, and buy the tech.
