SC, Thanks, any chance of just a head shot, from the side prefered with a more of a band crown, (the big one looks a litlle out of place. but only if it's not to hard.
Picturing the whole thing in a small picture, diminishes them a little, I guess I should have thought of that in the first place.
Just like my job at work, when the user doesn't provide complete specs, you still get a good product, just not the one you wanted. My apologies for being a stupid user, especially with the effort you've put in, and the kind generous offer you've made here.

Not too bad, just around 4 colours to deal with.

A little big though, don't you think?

I have also noticed that the letters on the left-hand page shifts a bit to the left when the page on the right starts to flip. Bad cropping?

Yes, indeed .
Well, I didn't make it, I just found it on the Internet .
I didn't even bothered to edit it to refine it to work as an avatar.
Besides I don't think Snapcase is going to use it anyway .

I see your civilization has not discovered Transparent GIFs.

For Photoshop 5.0 (and probably other versions) here's how it goes works:
1. steal or draw your avatar
2. make your avatar indexed colored via
        image mode > indexed color
3. file > export > GIF 89a export
4. move your cursor on top of your avatar image in the export popup window. It becomes an eyedropper.
5. click on any pixel/area that's the color that should be transparent (usually white). Now all pixels of that color have become a default grey and will be transparent when you export the avatar.
6. uncheck the interlacing box (so as to have a smaller file)
7. hit OK

Perhaps I should take a piture of one of my ferrets... with a crown on. I have a stupid barbie one that looks silly on them. My daughter dresses them up. They actually do pretty good considering how they get handled.

I would be extremely happy if someone could find a Ralph Bakshi - type Irish Wolfhound, maybe in a velvet Hugh Hefner type smoking jacket. Preferably "G" rated.

I was thinking rather then an actual Bakshi, which is probably copywritten & rather expensive, something in the style of Bakshi.

Well, I don't really know how bakshi draws and I when I Searched for wolfhounds I didn't find any good drawings of such (especially in a velvet jacket! :rolleyes

So could we settle on wolf??
