Hubbie got MPG for Xmas. Downloaded patch so now running ver 5.2.6f patch 1. Being an old fashioned sort, I still enjoy single player games on custom maps. Now every time I load a previously saved game, it shows I have toggled cheat mode on. Same result when I tried loading a few "never cheated" games I saved over a year ago. Does anyone know what's happening or how to correct?

Rather than start a new thread i thought i'd just post here....
I've recently discovered that any game i load up for SP play automatically has cheat mode enabled, further i can use the cheat options and upon retirement the high scores table does not recognize that cheat mode was on...
anybody else get this?
i searched around and didn't see any other threads on this issue but did i miss any?
any insights on this would be helpful

Well? does a lack of response that no one else has heard of this phenomenon? or that nobody stops by this forum?
even a "no, never seen it" would be a little helpful.....
