	Crime In Michigan Scenario Got spare money?

For some unknown reason i have always combined The state of michigan with crime. Must be The Robocop films lol But anyway i thought id do a scenario based on this idea set in this very year. (or very near in the future). I have a lovely map of the state of michigan and parts of Illinois and canada. Anyway so i was thinking of these sides and these leaders.

Detroit Police Force- ???? Who is the Chief?
American Government- George.W.Bush
Republic of Canada- ???? Leader Of Canada?
And then Four Criminal Groups which i need help on. Which ones are most prevelant in america.
Ive got most of the terrain sorted and ive managed to get it so that all the fallen trees forest terrain are next to Log Mills on the map. Genius hey
Anyway im shelving other scenarios for this one because the inspiration just hit me. and it also intrests me.
Also any ideas on units?

Hey I'm from the state of Michigan and I live a scant half hour from Detroit and I can say we are not the crime captial of the United States. Pretty sure that honor falls on California.

Actually, I think that D.C. is the crime capitol of America. lol Legal or otherwise.

Anywho, you could have the Bloods, Cryps, and the Mafia. I can't think of anything else now.

i didnt mean to offend anyone but as Paul Hanson says i found this rather great map of Michigan and i had to use it in some way and this just seems (appropriate?)
Sorry about calling Canada a republic (maybe i should go into hiding lol) Thanx for the prime minister then. do you have the same goverment thing as us british? I have the terain all sorted at the moment so im placing cities and everything.

But UNITS!!!! i need some units or ideas for them because i cant find any units apart from the gansters units which i will be heavily modifying. I dont need any for the americans or canadians apart from some idea about the canadian airforce but the rest i will need unit ideas for.

here is some info on Canada. We do have the same form of government that the British do, which is a Parliamentary Monarchy.
as for our airforce, we have CF-18 Hornets as well as CF-155 Hawks, which is used as a trainer for NATO pilots. The CF-104 Starfighter was around also, but I don't think it's in use anymore.

I believe that the director of the Michigan Police force is Michael Robinson.

A possible unit might be making a unit for Others (because I see no better place for it) as a Diplomat/Spy and calling it something like Unruly Gang. That way, they could, for example, vandalize the city (industrial sabotage).

One unit for the crime syndicates could be a Domain Three unit as outlined in the SLeague design tips with the trireme flag set. This way, the unit can go jump into the water and hide out for a bit.
