The rise and falls of empires Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

I was wondering exactly how smart the AI is going to be. Will they literally go on war runs that take over the world or will they simply send a few tanks and call it a day. I realize how hard it would be to create an AI that smart but we can all dream right?

The problem isn't getting the AI to go on a rampage, thats almost as easy as getting him to do very little. The problem is getting the right balance.

Well I can see how that would be a problem. Also mabey they could go one the rise with there Allies kinda of like the Axis did in WWII.
