Russia is going downhill quickly, Germany and Austria seems to be heading the same way... It seems we are entering the middle game. Still to early to say who is on top, although France and Turkey appears to be slightly stronger than their neighbours.

Yep, France has three builds. Sure you don't waht to limit yourself to two builds just to be a good sport though? 
OTB, Off The Board, meaning they are disbanded.
I didn't want to se tup a deadline until I was sure my internet connection was reliable. I got my new computer (A beautiful IBM A21p thinkpad) but I had some issues with the ethernet card. All resolved now though, and it's purring like a kitten. (Well, actually, it's silent like death, thanks to IBM's watercooling system.  )
So, retreats ASAP, builds due friday, new orders next tuesday.
