Ashman, have you ever played a PBEM game with a Windows user?

There are dozen of Windows users playing PBEM games currently so if you are interested you could join another game with more than two players.

With 2 Mac players we can barely get any response here. Just wanting to add them to the ratings system, must be boring for the guys to play against each other.
And, my experience of working with Macs is unforgettable.

I've played a few cross-platform games of CTP. Rue and I have been playing CTP for well over a year. In fact we just finished a game yesterday that has gone on for quite some time.

I've only played PBeM CTP with Mac players thus far. Only have so much time. My experience with PBeM games is that the more players there are in the game the greater the chance the game will bog down and not be finished. Ashman and I played 301 turns in about 9 months. Every day I looked forward to receiving a turn, and I wasn't disappointed in this. My only regret is that I did not play better. So, I guess, boredom is in the mind of the beholder.

Yes, it is true that less players means more speed. But mostly it depends on the players participating. The two slowest games I play in are with the less players, both with three players while some other games with 5 or 6 players are much faster .

I would suggest a team game between you two, Ashman & Rue and two Windows players, me and someother who plays very fast.

Also I could start another game with 4-6 players with both Mac users (you) and Windows users.

What do you say?
