BTW, Quinns, as for good ol' yankee moonshine, they sell a horrid drink in Oz called Mississippi Moonshine with cola in a can. It's ducking fisgusting, but i drank it anyway It's principle, you know! Just curious - will new ratings ever be posted? I read somewhere that they are supposed to be posted every two weeks, but these ratings are over a month old now...

I must admit that keeping and improving my position in the games I inherited from 420 makes me interested in where I'll be in that list

Hm. I just noticed that you can edit these posts... and that the postings use that as well... interesting...

What Quinns does is edit the first post of the thread with the new ratings. Take another look and you'll see Last Updated: 15-JUL-2001 (updated every other week) written above the ratings table.

Thanks for explaining Dugrik! Guidance for the new players is always appreciated. It amazes me how quick some people are to question the updates without, at least, reading the posts first.

It isn't possible to change the name of the thread so I have to leave it at the creation date of the thread, not the update date. E.g., CTP PBEM Ratings (14-JUN-2001) was last updated on 15-JUL-2001 (as Dugrik said), but I can't change the (14-JUN) TO (15-JUL) without creating a brand new thread. The Apolyton administrators have asked me to create a new thread only when the volume gets above a certain point. Otherwise, it becomes a chore for them to constantly have to re-top the new thread.

Yeah, thanks Dugrik, tho I had figured it out a moment after posting... I was looking up and down the thread for possible hints, when I noticed my name among the ratings, so something was different from what I expected.

Actually it's not a tie the Romans are one pixel ahead :0)

We call up the rankings and then you hit Print Scrn Key on your keyboard. Then close ctp down and open a paint program then paste the screen shot. Then enlarge the image to see who is truely ahead.

Attached is that screen shot from turn 49.
