I mailed (In TradeWars) Mobius with the address for the registration thread earlier today. Someone else posted a general announcement, but that won't help if those who haven't yet registered don't read the log.

I keep posting announcements, but spekter is right. I guess people could be mailed, and something could be added to the initialization screen to let people know they are supposed to register, no?

The thing is: how do they know about the game?

If they know it through 'Poly, they know they need to register. If they are people from Firaxis, they too know that they need to register. If they are friends of somebody who know, they also know they need to register. I can't think of any other venues through which they know of the game. Therefore, it seems that anybody who don't register are dupes.

I had logged in last night before going to bed(I log on periodically and see who is on),

I see The undertaker and I message him asking him to register. no reply.

He logs off. and then Reaper logs on. I message him and tell him to register. no reply.

:-/ ... They logged on in within a few minutes of each other and didn't not reply my message.

My message gave them the url of the forum. If they haven't registered, then I think we should start the deleting of dupes.

I'm glad to see burbel fragged the reaper yesterday. Maybe we can just all hunt them whenever they are online? If we kill one a day that might be enough to push them offline.
