The admins wouldnt want people to stop posting as they get paid from their advertising based on the number of hits they get each page... so the PC is all about encouraging more posts... The ban on OT PC is all about creating more discusiion and therefore more hits per page..

I do admit that since the policy change, I have seen quite a few new names for this forum pop-up, but as long as this kind of topic is posted, people will respond.

actually, we are almost entirely geting payed on clicks and leads these days


therefore, endless spam from people who never click an ad is actually costing us money and server resources from other civers

I'm sure Darknight's point has been made before. The OTers are like a plague of locusts spreading throughout the forum leaving wide swaths of destruction. Only restoring the OT post count can stop this menace.

visit? not that lucky. this one(like the majority of the market today) pays on "leads"(registration on something, actual sales, etc)

I just registered but when I but in a random birthdate it came up with how about your real birthdate and I tried other random ones and it still didn't work so I was getting freaked and I put in my real one and it worked?? ahhh.

And I too made the mistake of clicking the right banner instead of the left one and got myself in a maze of adds popping up all over the place.

BTW if you see a worble around in that site it's me
