No, it may be obvious, but tht does not matter. He gave a clear, unmistakble order, wich was illegal. The ruling in this case is totally clear: the unit stays in Tuscany without moving. I cannot use different standarts for different situations.

It's a game of tactics, NOT of spelling!!

If I had moved black sea to Bum. then you couldn't move to Rum or Bul, but this is too much.

Gentlemen,

when this game started, I gave some house rules and some advice. I believe one advice was to write whole province names instead of abbreviations.
Also, this is how is game is played. Everywhere! Infact, I am not even nearly as tough a GM as most worldmasters-GMs are. This is a game for newbies. You learn. Making mistakes is part of learning.
