	CTPII unoffical patch. Get a bigger avatar today!

I think that the game is heavily underrated and that the mods have made it in a best CIV game so far.

We need to give it some more official credit to attract people here and expand CTPII community which has almost died.

Maybe someone could call the new Apolyton pack ' unoffical patch' or somthing like that and put a link on the official Activison page

Unfortunately, too mant people have completely washed their hands of CTP2 and won't try any of the current CTP2 mods because they would rather spend their time talking about civ3 - even though it won't be out for who knows how long??????

As I recall, the main gripe concerning CTP2 was a wimpy AI - I would invite anyone to my Cradle thread in the Mod section to see what has been accomplished with that issue.

Or are people too afraid of actually having to change their minds about CTP2???

Hear you Hexagonia! And despite all that they dont even know if the game is going to be good. Have you seen the terrai screenshots . Thank god i am not a civ3 fan anymore or i would kill myself . And i just started one craddle game. Oh my god And i was thinking in the beggining the barbarians were my biggest problem. I could never think the others civs were going to be many times harder .

Mainly the Diplomod, that got better plenty our life.

Yes, I have been thinking about it. Apolyton pack, especially because of MedMod included, probably makes CtP II the best civ title up-to-date. However, because of all the critics, it will be hard to attract people to buy iy. Know what I think? The CtP 2 box is worth, at most, 4$, and noone should pay the price Activision asks for, as Apolyton pack is what would cost 40$!

CTP II + mods need a good promotion now. That is all, if the game was like this out of the box... uuuf it would be a revolution.

Right what am I saying. Listen Activison - why should we pay the money you demand for that crappy CtP II out of the box? We'd better pay same amount for the Apolyon pack. And never release games before you finish them. Then why not release the alpha-build .
