	big bug in French version of TOT Tired of ads?

There's a serious bug in the French version of TOT:
the AI starts acquiring the "Super cordes" (superstrings) technology while still in the middle ages !
My investigation showed that the rules.txt file is wrong: the requirements for
superstring are nil, nil. There is another error with the Future Technologies
(requirement is Sup, Req when it should be FP, Req).

I have not checked but there might be other errors (differences with the original data
in the English version).

I was able to continue my game by cheating and removing this high tech from all civilizations.

	hmmm did we make a mistake ? Increase Your PM Length

i just see that Plu (theorie des superchaines) is in group "1" in Civilize2 section, or group "1"="event given only" so this tech shouldn't be research or trade !
