what's the point? if prot is hosted here, it will have to have the same rules as the other forums. and if you'll be the moderator, you'll have to enforce the rules. you really want to do it?

Go and have a look at my little Delphi site - its pretty clean - except for vulgarbeng, but he's mainly crude in Malay and Chinese.

The HS area is pretty dead at the moment.

What makes you think the hosted sites are dead?

The Spanish forum and the Scenario League are both still active forums.

And didn't you want Prot to be free of moderation, a totally open forum?

Why do you now want to be Ming jr?

These are not accusations, but just questions desiring clarifacation.

Okay Mark, here's the big picture. I have this little Delphi site, which I'm fond of but its not really suitable for posting so I'm thinking of converting it to a PROT outpost for stories and poetry and creative stuff like that

Apolyton hosts some sites and PROT started here so I thought I'd set up a forum here if you agreed. This forum would be more amenable to posting but be linked to the Delphi site (which also has a good chat feature). I'd also set up a little hosted forum at ACOL if Ann agreed. That would suit Protters who like to spam or got banned here.

Eventually I hope to set up a PROT HQ site but I'm still looking into that - I would have gone with EZ board but they have pop ups now.

Interesting how some people think its a scam, it isn't.
