Earth 2025! A topic I can post here safely about

D_h, Earth 2025 is an online turn-based strategy game, like a cross between Plantarion and Diplomacy (er... like Civ)

You control a young nation after a nuclear war, and have to survive and conquer the world, or win some other way (I'm not sure on the rules, but no Earth 2025 player has posted here in a while...).
Tap it into a search engine to come up with a whole load of sites. Apolyton has an alliance, or clan thing that started here, and then migrated to the Earth 2025 official forum I think. I found a league table by accident a while ago, and they were coming 8th .

Actually, I just joined. It looks like fun. They give you 50 free turns to start off, and then 1 additional turn for every 40 thereafter.

Actually the apolyton clan tag died 2 resets ago now and has never been revived... Trinity was a undertaking between Dark Eternal, BiF and Apolyton which lasted 1 reset... now the growth is in GRUNTS. I joined this already made group and have helped it grow a little bit, improved my negotiating skills and my gamesmanship. May things have changed since the old Apolyton clan.... Beefhawk is out helping a smaller clan develop and doing a dam great job. So yes there are a few Apolytonteers playing it now, but we're all on different teams now =)
