I must admit Raz, I thought it was one wonder per person and not one for the game but I will play either way.

I guess I was counting too much on it being fairly self explainatory.
The thought of 1 Wonder in whole game and making a mad dash for the 1 Wonder never occurred to me.
It's the thought of which 1 Wonder each Civ will take, not who can build a Wonder the fastest.
Maybe with Eyes? He likes duels and that's more along those lines.

No mad dash at all Slooww,, if that one wonder is Apollo , doesnt matter who builds it, in fact a lot of advantage not to build it therebey wasteing valuable Shields, Becomes quite interesting .... You should try it one day.... The winner isnt the one to build apollo but the one who either gets to AC or wipes out the other civs first...

Sloww - i was confused too. - i thought the no wonder vs 1 wondeer debate was whether or not we were going to allow space flight. What your saying is someone can go for leo's and someone else Mike's? I think i would prefer the first method.

P.S. I would add Manhatten (2wonders) but no nukes so we could have nuke powered space flight.

PPS I hope everyone would forget about what tribe they are on for this game - especially since im not on any

OK, so much confusion and misunderstanding. Let me see if I can think my way through it.

First - Chris, when you mentioned loyalty to "Tribe", I thought you meant GameLeague Tribes. I think now that you meant your in-game allies, whoever they may be. Personally, I agree with you on that, I just misunderstood "Tribe" in this context. Please come back, it was only a question of semantics. It is obvious that you are thinking of loyalty in the game exactly as I do.

Second - "One Wonder" was, I thought, to mean only Spaceflight (Apollo). My question at that point was only whether or not Fusion should also be allowed in order to power the Spaceships (I've never built a non-Fusion SS). I have never played a "one Wonder per player" game, so I have to admit that that didn't occur to me. I apologize for misunderstanding on the matter.

Either a Spaceflight only (with or without Fusion) OR a one Wonder per person game seem equally interesting, and I would be delighted to go either way on this one.

Were there any other misunderstandings to clear up?

Yes, I do indeed believe in such loyalty.
I left in the mistaken belief in someone had done something to me, and I was totally wrong, and way off. It's up to them if I return, but I wouldn't blame them if they were mad, as it would be completly justified.

My understanding is each Civ can build one wonder, but others could be had through conquest.

let me clarify, then agree or disagree:-

one wonder may be BUILT by each civ.

so at the end of the game i'll have 7 wonders?

I think you are correct. Looking at the tech-tree chart, it seems clear that, while you need Fission to get to Fusion, it is not required that the Manhattan Project be built to allow that. I guess I was thinking more of nukes than the MP.
