As always, check for errors. We've got two large coalitions here, and everything's supporting everything else. It's hard to follow from time to time.
A minor note. In order to move into a territory _currently_ occupied by someone else's troops, even your ally's, you must provide an insult for that move. I allowed two such moves to happen this turn because I think I wasn't clear on that earlier.
Once the new map is up, I'll post deadlines for Summer 1865 retreats & Fall 1865 moves.
