RELEASE: Military Mod 0.1 Alpha Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

Warning. This is an alpha release. I take no responsibility for _anything_ that it does or does not do. I suggest that you back up your current verison of alphax.txt before installing this one.
