There really should be a "People's History of Apolyton". Maybe Darkcloud's can serve that function.

A whole bunch of posters discovered a secret forum on Apolyton. They then proceeded to spam said forum in order to increase their post counts, confident that they wouldn't be discovered. Soon, of course, pornographic links began to appear on the threads in the forum, and the whole shebang fell apart when the admins discovered what had been happening. Some claim that Alexander's Horse ratted everybody out. AH denies it. The "25" probably came from the number of the forum (this forum is #31). Almost everybody who had taken part in the spamming was given post count reductions and bannings. AH was not, supposedly, and this is what led to the accusations.
