MGE update Put an end to popups!

The link here on Aplyton is broken, or so it seems. I'm looking for the latest update to CivII MGE, so I can play online. Everytime I try to play online it gives me an error saying basically "you don't have the latest edition".

The last I heard version 1.3 was the latest.

Can somone point me to it, please...
