Before I come to the adjustments, there is at least one draw proposal. I decided to issue it together with the builds, as the winter adjustments where pretty obvious anyway. Now, before we get to the possible next turn, I want you all to write me about that proposal. A simply "agree" or "disagree" will do.
I will wait until sunday nite, midnight GMT. If somebody does not submit a vote until then, this somebody will be counted as a "no". Of course the person(s) who submitted the proposal donīt have to vote again.
If I recieve all votes before sunday, I will "adjucate" the draw proposal earlier.
The draw will only pass if all remaining four powers agree on it.
As it stands currently, should the draw pass, Turkey would in this game, followed by France, Russia and Italy. All four players would be eligible for points in the Apolyton Dip Club.

Sahib,
Since this is a newbie game, the point system should be explained completely.
There is only 1 point given to any Dip game. If there is a solo that entire point goes to the soloist, for instance, if Turkey would solo he would get 1 full point.
Now if this draw were to pass, no matter how many more SC's you have then the next guy if all four guys agree to the draw then the point is equally divided between the draw players, and in this case it would be .25 to all parties. No matter if the leader has 17SC's and the smallest guy has one remaining, you all divide the points equally. Because of that unfairness, sometimes you will see draw proposals for the two largest coutries and they would get .5 points a piece while the remaining coutries would get none. Now the trickiness to this is that the vote has to be unanimous, all participating countries have to agree or the draw proposal tabled is defeated and you continue playing.
Just to let you know how hard these points are to get, the leader, Ruffhaus, is leading all players with 3.5 points, and it took him a little over a year and half to get those.
Hope this makes it clear for all of you, especially Ruff
