Having Trouble Downloading Apolyton Pack Get a bigger avatar today!

When I click on the link to download the apolyton pack I get the following message:

Error: Can't open for output counter file. Reason: Permission denied

The same error occurs on any large file I try to download from this site. (ie MedPack, etc...) What am I not doing?
