units never seen Get a bigger avatar today!

I have been through all levels of Call to Power, but there are still some units that I've never seen used by an AI. I've conquered the world in the Modern or early Genetic Age, so I can't account for futuristic units. From that time period, I've never seen an enemy bomber or fascist, though I've seen fascist governments in plenty.
What enemy units have you never seen?

That's the lame way the AI was programmed Dictatress. Although certain AI civs will go for Fascism I think, but that's normally about 1000yrs too late.....
Personally I've never seen anyone , AI or human opponent build a combat engineer.
