We have a three way draw between Colombia, Chile and Brazil. Please submit your votes along with your Fall 1843 orders. In order to pass there must be a unamimous agreement among all four remaining players. A single NO vote kills the proposal and we play on. Nay abstentions will count as a NO vote.
Summer 1843 retreat orders will be due Thursday, August 16, 23:59 EST. Berzerker, please post your retreat by Thursday here since you are the only player with a retreats.  Fall 1843 orders will be due Saturday, August 18, 23:59 EST.
