	too many cities Support Apolyton

Is there a way to destoy my own cities? I am using Virtual Democracy and have the maximum number of cities allowable, so when I take over my enemies cities I begin to get moral problems in my empire. I am stuck. because I can't take over the world without gaining enemy cities.

Give it to one of your allies

Or if you want to really see it destroyed:
Starv it, sell its happiness buildings, take all units out, When it revolts you bombard it until it becomes size 4 then conquer it and disband it.

Or give it to your worse enemy then star bombard it and when it becomes size 4 conquer it and disband it.
