GM COMMENTS:

Not much movement this turn, but Bolivia gets plundered for two more centers (and consequently two more disbands). How will the lines hold in the absence of these units? Stay tuned.

We have another draw proposal on the table. This time it's one between Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and Bolivia (DIAS). Please submit your votes along with your Winter 1843 adjustments. In order to pass there must be a unamimous agreement among all four remaining players. A single NO vote kills the proposal and we play on. Any abstentions will count as a NO vote.

Fall 1843 retreat orders will be due Monday, August 20, 23:59 EST. Winter 1843 adjustments will be due Wednesday, August 22, 23:59 EST. Spring 1844 orders will be due Friday, August 24, 23:59 EST.

Hmm, since DIAS, I'd like to point out that in Misiones a powerful testament to Paraguayan power "survives," being that the ground still runs red with the blood of her enemies, literally... right in the middle of the growing Brazilian rainforest, too. Still, though we could crush you all, I think a draw would be amenable to us, since we'd obviously be included.
