No, I don't work at A-tech. And I have complaints about how they run things here. But, AT&T is being real slow rolling out the cable access here. We just got digital cable last year, who knows when the will have the internet running through those wires. I can't get Sprint broadband as my neighbor to the north has three large oak trees blocking my los to the tower. So I'm stuck with A-tech if I want anything above 56K speedwise.

Anyways through a massive tweaking effort I have managed to get 600 down and 130 up on the DSL so I am not to unhappy.
