RICHMOND, VIRGINIA - December 20, 1866 - While attending a presidential
gala celebrating the Christmas holiday, President Jefferson Ruffhaus VIII
announced that the Confederacy is expanding its points in the Ruffhaus
Doctrine on driving European powers from the Americas to include the
integration of the Mexican state into Confederate domains. This year has
