Need your Help (rules.txt) Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

where is my error ?
here is the rules.txt (not finished) of my next scenario
I want to have techs Aut, E2 and Eng as techs no research, no trade
i edit @Civilize2 and @Leaders2... without succes
these techs are "can be research" in green in the Civilopedie and research tree !
