GM COMMENTS:

Hacksaw, STRIKE 3!!!!!! Well, something's seriously wrong with Hacksaw. He hasn't corresponded by e-mail, icq, or posting in a few weeks. My guess is that he's gone back to college. I hope it's something that simple. Anyway, without getting too terribly nasty about things, I'm going to look for a replacement for Russia. If I cannot find one exeditiously Russia's units will go into civil disorder, and the game will continue. I will keep everyone updated on the game status. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There is good news, however. Vincent (VGR) has returned from holiday and is at the helm of Turkey again. In fact his orders were submitted this turn. Thanks to VGR and Gibsie for coordinating the proxy of Turkish units during his lengthy absence. That's allowed the game to continue without a loss of momentum.

Summer 1907 retreat orders will be due Thursday September 20, 23:59 EST. The Turkish unit in Trieste has been auto retreated to Albania. VGR, please confirm or override this decision by the retreats deadline. Thanks. Fall 1907 orders will be due Thursday September 27, 23:59 EST.

Yes, the thought crossed my mind. However, if Victor qualifies for the final in both of these games, then we won't to play a final. We'll know who the champion is outright.
