Interesting reverses this turn. The Russians march on Berlin, reinstating the good old 3-power system of dividing up Germany's remenants. The Austrians repay British aid from Kiel a year ago by helping the Russians into Berlin, and dispatching spies that render the Kiel garrison sitting around playing poker while the navy is squashed. The French watch as the Atlantic is penetrated, but all hope is not lost as a wall of armies moves towards the coast, perhaps to drive the Brits out of Brittany. Meanwhile the Italians celebrate perhaps their last free winter in the seven hills.

1) Austria- A slow moving wall is going to be smashing through Italy soon, and short of English help it doesn't seem very likely the French will be able to stop it. On the downside, the current slow pace of expansion means that there might be time later for an anti-solo coalition should it become neccesary, and odd as it may sound now, a Russian stab via unexpected build in Sevastapol could be devestating should it ever be done (now or in the future).

2) England- It seems that Austrian gratitude for being let into Munich didn't take. Still, despite the disband, England has reasonably decent prospects for growth in the future, although if things take too long the board may wake up to an Austrian solo.

3) France- Now that Austria seems to be helping the Russians and due to reverses in Scandanavia, France has half a chance at convincing the English to reactivate the alliance. Half a chance. England might decide that Portugal is more tempting.

4) Russia- Once all but counted out, Russia has come back with a vengeance. St Petersburg might be dicy to hold, but if England remains under pressure, chances for a Russian comeback seem rather reasonable.

5) Italy- Ah, the triumphant return to Rome. Perhaps the Pope will keep Il Duce on as an advisor (and yes, I'm mixing my historical metaphors. Sue me, there's nothing interesting about the king of Italy in WWI).
