I've had the Cloning Vats pop-boom thing happening for a while, and I found that once I launched a number of Hydroponic satellites, bases without Hab Complexes would keep growing beyond size 7. Anyone else ever see this?

Since we lack face-to-face communication, Mr. Cybergod, it's rather difficult to ascertain the true intent of your post. Perhaps an attempt at humor. More likely, not.
