Good point, but what the heck would CIA
do there? FBI would be more easier to immitate and

Back to the "dream" of a stolen Civ III, may I suggest they probably don't have "ready to stole" CD?

They probably play the game from a file server, where they put the last build of the game (so every one play with the current version). So, if you really want to live on the dark side, I humbly suggest you stole everything resemble a Server, possibly a rack of CPU's.

What the hell, stole everything seems an hw component, monitors, keyboard and mice included
