The 500 post rule kinda does stink... for a year or so I've been posting usfull (IMHO) strategy posts in AC-General/Help/Strategy.
Yet it seems the greater reward is for posting hoareds of meaningless posts. Quantity is rewardard, quality of contribution to Apolyton is of no consideration.

Being a usefull member of the SMAC section isn't enough, noooo, if I want an avatar this century I have to post pointless posts in pointless threads....
