	Personal avatar? Inflate your Upload Space

I'm quite confused about the current
avatar policies. Who can get a personal
avatar and can I?

So is there now only one way to get a personal avatar?
500 posts! So it doesn't matter anymore if you're loayl
to Ape? Where have all the old good times gone?

Explanation demanded. Members revolting.

It's not difficult to achieve your 500. Just go to OT and keep posting. How else do you think PH and the other emperors got their penguin suits? Mao and his ilk used to boast their 300+ posts a day, making your qualification a two-day event .

Thanks for the update. As I said elsewhere 4 (to 6) months is a long time to be absent from here. Looks like pre-May 2001 posters have their headstart perpetuated.
