Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

Do you have any explination for three-fold increase in the number of vistors since April?
Is it an example of growing interest in Civ 3, or has there just been an explosion in DL's?

Well, as DL's wouldn't affect the number of unique visitors, my bet would go on Civ3. Or, of course, it could be SidGolf, or whatever it was called anyway...

The latest surge can certainly be attributed to the September 11th incident. EVERYBODY came out of the woodwork to talk about that......

But as far as the steady rise??? Beats me

there are some calculations included in order to compensate that, as well as to properly count people who are behind proxies, on non-unique ip's, etc

either way, the relative changes in the numbers are always more important

Enter the AD-FREE zone

The steady rise might be due to the news of Civ III coming. That's why I signed up in July.

P.S. I visit regularly from 3 separate locations, so again it isn't accurate.

Are you sure it isn't
55000 from Jan - April
63000 from Jan - May
15600 from Jan - Sept
etc.

That would explain the exponential increase.

But still thats 7000 extra people in May compared to 23000 extra people in Sept. certainly a boom.
