	Firaxis Game feedback page? Suffering from ads?

I just browsed around on www.firaxis.com and come into the feedback page. I noticed that Civ3 was one of the game you could give feedback on...
Would 'I want to Tel Firaxis a question I had about a game' on Civ3 be the same as sending in a question to ask the civ team?
And how would a bug report be handled. Is it for all users that find errors in all old screenshots and reports them as bugs.

Sounds like it's more reliable than Ask the Civ Team. Here's the message I got when I gave them some feedback:

I can answer that for you:

At the moment we're working on some cool multiplayer features but we're not ready to release any details yet.
