Well...I think...the trick is to not try to build everything in one time...but to build in phases...planning to concentrate on a specific element in each phase...
You can also download a simulator to test your strategy...it's a pretty c00l thingy...

Hmmm...this looks like a good Orc-strat...it just needs some adjustment in the acre-intervals...they're too roughly planned...
