Reverse engineering a rover from a probe is illegal in a couple of my games and I never did it myself-- but it appears to be my loss since there is no rule against it in the "tournament rules" that we said we would use. So essentially I goofed in not remembering/noting the rules applicable to this game.--

I just used the game engine to set it up amd chose transcend level. SE changes cost 40 so I find that is the easiest way to check
