I'm getting wierd flag behavior in a scenario I'm doing. I'm getting civilization shield & text colors of light blue from a flag that has nothing but shades of orange. I thought the shield & text colors came from the 4th pixel in & 5th pixel down in the flag square.

This is pretty messed up. The sheild color for color group 1 is governed by the 4 x 5 pixel of color group 7. I don't know how the hell I managed that. Any advice would be appreciated.
