This has probably been discussed before, but I haven't stumble upon it yet. I'm just wondering if different governments would be more hostile against each other. For example, I have a democratic government, and the computer have a communist one, would they be more hostile something like in SMAC where they actually try to persuade you change your political stance? I think that was a cool feature. Anyone know it's in there?
