Yeah. With all this great editor stuff, im just wondering if could be able to create a customized Wonder of the World.

I doubt it. The effects of the Wonders are probably hard-coded.

It would be an interesting feature. For scenario makers it would provide an extra possibility to influence the game. But give me some more detail. Would you like a editor for it, or would you like a player to design his own wonder in-game?

I personally like the last as well.

Don't know, giving every city a library couldn't be that hard. I don't think it has to be hard. It depends on the programmer, will he make it possible.

No. With an editor, in-game makes no sense. U could give whatever benefit u want to the wonder u are building!
