attn moderators.
there is no need for a "new thread" button on the page where you are reading threads.
the interface is a little confusing. I am leaving this here as a case in point.
most forums have the "new thread" button only enabled when you are reading the list of topics, rather than when you are replying to one.
just a suggestion.
