Struggling with dodgy colors in TITLE.gif file! Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

I have a series of good .gifs that I want to use for my title page, but the colors come out all wrong! I have Paint Shop Pro 5 by JASC, which everyone else seems to favor as well, so could any of you tell me how this problem can be solved?

Also: is it just me, or does the AI in Civ2 seem to be *very* weak for sea battles and sea units?

Get a bigger avatar today!

with PSP save a original Civilization II scenario title.gif color palette then take your own title.gif and load the color palette.
