Per aeturnus' requests:

Everything the same as before, but 7500 colonists / day, 25% port regen, and 4 ppl to a team.

Also the Ferrengi are back, but I made them pretty weak (halved their movement chance, reduced their rob/steal to 10%, turned off the aggressive flag, 365 days until full strength).

Tournament game is open for regs for the next 15 days, then the game will close. 30 days until inactives are deleted.

If you are blown up ten times you're out. Yes, this includes podding.

Well, I will nominate Burbel as a captain, since he seems to have become proficient as a player and is currently dominating the Halcyon game as well as having been on the winning team in the last Firaxis game, and seems to have a pile of time on his hands.

My second nomination for captain would be MarkG, second only because he may not have enough time to run a large corp of four people right now, but certainly a skilled and formidable player.

Thanks for the kind words.

The question is, what qualities should a Captain have? Should he be one of the best players, or somebody who can throw around plans in his sleep?

In the lack of additional details I'd nominate burbel and aeturneus. Both seem to have loads of time and skilled in the game.

Well, mom booted me off of the computer gaming programs for a while, so I can't play in the game but I will be back in about two months or so, so I probably won't post in the forum very much, but I'll try to hang around as much as possible to see what happens.
