Urgent Help needed... Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

Scottie and I are trying to find the latest patch for him for the MGE (1.3 patch)... Civfantic's link doesn't work at the moment, and Apolyton keeps returning either a "forbidden" or "page not found" link on the new patch. He just brought the MGE 3 days ago, our versions are not compatible until he gets the patch in.

HELP!
