I dint know people still palyed Civilization ;p Enter the AD-FREE zone



I got Civilization 2 MGE when it first came out an loved it!

The CD broke, however.

I purchased another copy but it didnt work

About 4 years later...

I got Civ2 (not MGE) and it worked!

I was so happy, but there was no community..untill I found Apolyton!


But I dont have MGE

pity you removed the MPGE off your hard drive as any version of Civ 2 CD will make it work !!!!

Seeing as I can't find a copy of MGE in the shops... Remove this text

How well does the MGE patch work?
Can you play mulitplayer MGE scenarios with it?

The last time I tried to install it it screwed up my civ 2 and I had to reinstall...
According to what I heard from other people it works pretty well though, and I'm pretty sure you can play the multiplayer MGE scenarios with it.

If you actually plan on playing MP games with other people... it is imperative that ALL players in the game have the same update on the software.
Whenever we play with somebody that doesn't have the patch, the game has serious problems.
