ADCT01 Game C, Spring 1909 Moves Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

Seems my comment about the game moving faster was a bit premature. The moves are in at last, though.

Finland falls, while Austria advances in the Mediterranean. A combined Anglo-French attack on Munich fails when the British garrison in Berlin inadvertently gets some leave before they were supposed to attempt the critical flanking manuever.

Fall moves due by Saturday. That's almost an entire week to get them in. No excuses this time.

Edit: PS, EA, post your retreat here.

Inflate your Upload Space

The extending tournament thread reminded me again of the "game-within-a-game" feature we have here. Frankly I have seen basically none of that so far which is good, but if you feel torn by it, tell you what. If you'd like, you can submit two sets of moves this next turn, the final turn for tournament scoring. One set is your real moves. The other is a set of moves to maximize your SCs this fall that you would play knowing this game is timed.

I'll adjudicate twice, once for the tourney moves (after which we'll tally SC's for tournament scores and then throw the result away) and then once for the rest of the game.

This way the actual game will be a bit less disrupted. Of course, you're still free to stab your allies for 1 SC in your "real" moves too, if it's your pleasure.

Hope nobody finds this too objectionable. And remember, totally optional as well.
