	German SE release November 16th Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

Today the german infogames website (www.infogames.de) announced:

Translations (as good as a dutch speaking person can translate german into english )

November 16th the US Special Edition will be available. This limited version of the strategy game by art designer Sid Meier provides a high quality [sammlerbox] with 3D effects and poster.

Further does it announce that a german forum has been opened for civ3 on the website.

I hope this means that the dutch release will be half November as well !

There's a tricky part in the original text which you haven't translated correctly. It says that the US version will be available as a special version in europe, and not that the us special edition (LE) will come to europe on Nov. 16th.

btw: 'Sammlerbox' means 'collector box' which is a bit confusing. I still don't know if we will get the LE only or just the SE repackaged into a box with 3d effects.
We will see (very soon!!!! Yeahhhh!!!!).

Forgot one important thing: The game released in Germany et. al will be ENGLISH! Including the manual. So the title of your thread might be a bit misleading.

Hey, I even got a german girlfriend a few years ago !
Laster only 2 weeks, but hey, it shows that not *every* german feels disgust with *every* german

I'm living in Rotterdam.
Because of the germans Rotterdam has become a very modern city One day we'll provide Berlin with the same present, I'm sure they'll love it

2. hey, have I mentioned yet we pay less for the American LE than you do? We don't get our translated version, so we only need to pay $50 for the LE, whilst you pay $60

3. Yes, I'm sure it's the same LE... I doubt they produce another version in a tin box with klappdeckel

just in case somebody wants to know... one can preorder it at amazon.de now not that I have the money but somehow it happened that I could helpn't ordering it... scaring, isn't it?
